Category H Smoke and Draft Control Gasket for use with Classified wood core doors rated 20 minutes fire tested without hose stream, wood or plastic covered composite type fire doors rated up to and including 1-1/2 hrs, and hollow metal steel or steel covered composite doors rated up to and including 3 hrs. - Before installing, thoroughly clean the door frame with the enclosed wipe, removing dust, grease, dirt, or other foreign materials. If packaged wipe is unavailable, the use of isopropyl alcohol is recommended. Cleansed area should be allowed to dry before application. - Frame temperature during installation should be between 50˚F (10˚C) and 100˚F (38˚C)--ideally between 65˚F (18˚C) and 80˚F (27˚C).
